Concrete and dirt loads often have strict material rules because they are dense and may follow a different recovery path from mixed construction trash.

What “clean” usually means

A clean load contains only the approved heavy material. Rebar, wood, roots, trash, plaster, plastic, insulation, and green waste can change the classification. Requirements vary, so ask for the exact rule.

Estimate volume

Measure the slab, walkway, soil cut, or wall and share length, width, and depth. Dense debris can reach a transport limit while the container still looks partly empty.

Watch for contamination

Unknown soil, painted masonry, treated material, and debris from older structures may need assessment. Stop and ask if the origin or contents are uncertain.
